Two recipes do not have a score. Celeriac remoulade was made before we’d decided to include a scoring system. Also Sue apparently forgot to award a score for the trifle, perhaps there was too much sherry in it. The Great British Meal Out consisted of three dishes, but was awarded a single overall score.
